Established in 1972 our business was built servicing the maintenance needs of the fishing industry.  One of the toughest sectors for quick turnarounds and minimised downtime getting it right first time every time became the baseline standard for survival.

Over time we extended our reach to land based maintenance.  Providing services in complex and risky industries including timber, MDF manufacturing, oil & gas, dairy, cement and mining we began to complete interesting projects nationwide.  The addition of innovation and safety solutions has further extended our ability to support diverse industries achieve their goals.

With 40+ years in the trade there aren’t many engineering challenges we haven’t come across.  Yet there is no place for complacency – each and every job continues to be managed with an ever watchful eye on downtime, safety and quality workmanship.

The commitment to do the right thing because it’s the right thing to do is more than a byline – it’s a core part of our DNA.

Our team’s combined experience in the business is in excess of 270 years.

Our permanent workforce is at the heart of all we do, turning their hands to diverse customer needs on a 24/7 basis.  During peak workload, and for sizeable projects, trusted contractors and skilled temporary staff are added to the team.

We strive to balance our depth of technical capability with up and coming talent via apprenticeships and on the job learning.

We know that success depends on the calibre and care shown by our people on each and every job.

Successful business relationships demand trust – we know that how we do things matters just as much as what we do.
